We narrowly missed out on a place on the Peabody Small Projects Panel. 7th/8th out of 300 hundred or so entries is not bad, though. In fact, feeling quite proud. Read about the selection process here.
Peabody Small Projects Panel shortlist /
Very exciting news this month. Denizen Works have been shortlisted as 1 of 20 extremely good practices competing for 6 places on the Peabody Small Projects Panel. Bit of an uphill task.
We started work on a project with Solid Space this month, going to be a good one. More information to come.
Urban/rural site in south London /
We have been approached to look at an urban/rural site in south London and see if we can find an architecture suitable for a new house on such an interesting plot.

House Number 7 (formerly Brandon Cottage) has been completed. It's been a busy few weeks getting it ready, but we are now looking forward to our first visitors.
Extension and renovation of Georgian town house /
We have been approached to carry out the designs for an extension and renovation of a beautiful, listed, Georgian town house in Islington.
Collaboration with Mark Dorward /
Denizen Works have been busy on our first collaboration with Mark Dorward for Europan 12.
We have selected a difficult site in Munich next to an extremely busy road so are working to develop an elegant acoustic screen based on motorway acoustic barrier technology.
Sketch schemes for new build house /
We are excited to be developing some sketch schemes for a new build house in a lovely setting in the south east of England.
Planning consent granted on a refurbishment to a maisonette in a Tower Hamlets conservation area.
Number Seven Heanish developing nicely /
Number Seven Heanish is coming together well. Works this month are focused on the landscaping at the entrance and the start of the final finishes.
Brandon Cottage renamed /
Brandon Cottage has been renamed as House Number Seven, Heanish at our clients behest.
Whatever the name, we think it's going to be good.
RIBA’s Regent Street Window project nomination /
We are terribly excited to her we have been shortlisted for the RIBA's Regent Street Window project. All we need now is a suitable retailer.
Collaboration with Edinburgh's APD Architects /
Denizen Works have completed another successful collaboration, this time with Edinburgh's APD Architects for the RIBA run Great Fen Visitor Centre.
Our submission has some great ideas. Down to the judges now.
