Our client is excited. So are we.

Homes and Interiors Scotland feature /
Denizen Works are featured in this month's Homes and Interiors Scotland lending our opinions on garden rooms.
Staying in Scotland, Brandon Cottage is ticking along nicely. The timber frame is up which helps to show how the finished product will fit into the landscape.
Brandon Cottage progress /
Brandon Cottage has reached an exciting point as after a few false starts, the basement walls are in. The last site visit gave a real impression of the different levels and views that will be create by the architecture of the house.
London Pleasure Gardens /
We are delighted to announce we have been invited to build a folly as part of London Pleasure Gardens in Newham. We were invited to design a small folly by RIBA London to be installed in the LPG in early June. Could be interesting. We have also been invited to collaborate on the designs for a masterplan at Queen's Quay in Clydebank. Murray has been up for a site visit and can report that the project represents a great opportunity for the re-development of a town in need of some regeneration.
AJ small projects exhibition /
Denizen Works had a good night out at the AJ small projects exhibition at the Building Centre in London. We didn't walk away with a prize, but met a many good architects including a few from north of the border. Murray also took time to visit Winterswijk to keep an eye on the new school. We think it's going to be good.
DW’s City-Bee lecture /
Murray was delighted to be invited to speak at Arup's offices in London about DW's City-Bee project. He shared the stage with three other keen bee activists including Ian Ritchie. Denizen works were also delighted to collaborate with BDP Khandekar on the design for a new theatre in Emmen in the east of the Netherlands.
Bee-house at Somerset House /
We have just been down to renovate our bee-house down at Somerset house. It had been 'modified' by some over excited visitors it seems. I would have left the changes given the choice.
Folly for the London Festival of Architecture /
Denizen Works have been asked by the RIBA to design a folly for this summer's London Festival of Architecture. Looking forward to a design session with the other selected architects in the coming week.
